I was in the store and was looking at some mirrors with 7x magnification which were fantastic and that's why I went home, went online, and found this Conair. Conair says this mirror has 7x magnification but it doesn't seem to be as good as the ones in the store. It's nice to have the light on the mirror but I would recommend going to a store and buying one there that you like.
