Review: Pulls out Hair

My hair was continuously pulled out by this straightener and I eventually returned it. The metal plates had a thin gap between the plate and the plastic where my hair was often caught. I also did not think that it did a good job straightening. Because of the size, I was unable to get close to the roots and straighten "fly aways". I would not recommend purchasing this item.
