Review: Basic Sunscreen

I'm something of a sunscreen/block expert (redhead). I've used just about every one on the market and I have to say this is just as good as all the rest...that's it. You're not paying for some wondrous potion that is going to turn back sun damage time as they try to claim. Ask your dermatologist, they'll tell you the same thing. However, daily sunblock use and the vigilant determent of UVA rays will keep you from aging as progressively as you are now. So stay out of the tanning bed put on the big floppy hat and realize the skin is an organ too. Skin cancer can easily metastasize as any other cancer would. As for a good face sunblock, this does its job. To note, if you are someone with skin that has a T-zone or oily, this is just going to add to that oil slick of a face. No one seems to think, "Gee maybe we should keep in mind people with oily skin need a matte finish affordable sunblock too." Instead, most of them out there might not clog pores themselves, but it does encourage those sebaceous glands to produce more oil than they should because the product it too moisturizing. Now I just use it on my arms and legs until the bottles are empty. Ps, always read the panels on the back listing active ingredients and you'll find chemical and physical blockers *read up on the difference. But physical blockers, more often found in your more expensive blocks are more affective.
