Review: my new fave product! Beauty product: 5 Stars
I have tried so many products and this one is the best. I admit that i have a ridiculously oily tzone area with the rest of my skin being pretty normal...so i've come to find that my face is always goign to be oily somewhat. it makes my skin last at least 4 hours [usually 5-6]whereas iwthout this i probably get 1 hr? lol. it does have a gluey texture but u just deal with it and spread it on ur face. my trick is that its best for the product to let it dry a bit on my skin befroe spreading it. it then makes my skin instantly matte and last the longest. will purchase again.
also try
e.l.f blotting powders
mac blot pressed powder
cetaphil gentle daily cleansing lotion
milk of magnesia (google this to see how it can be a mattifier, this might be all u need]
Review: not totally satisifed Beauty product: 3 Stars
I have excessivly oily skin and I can break out very severly with cystic acne. I have been looking for a product that would diminish the shininess of my face. I discovered this item at Sephora and paid nearly $50 for the small tube. I used it a couple of times and noticed a slight difference in shine. I only used the product twice and my face started to break out badly. I don't know if it has anything to do with the product, but it is a coincidence that after using it twice my face broke out. I took the product to my dermatologist and asked him if he had heard of the product or thought any of the ingredients would be bad and he pointed out that there is a silicone based ingredient and that may have clogged my pores. I probably wouldn't use this product again. So now I'm out my $43 and back to blotting my face with tissue.
I would agree that those using this product use small amounts. By using small amounts it isn't really goopy.
