I initially went into to Sephora to try some samples of Laura Mercier foundations. I left the store with about six different types of foundation samples. This one has been my favorite! First of all, I am Asian-Indian decent and it is very hard to find a good color match that is not too light or too dark. I tried the Vanilla beige and it matches my skin very nicely. The foundation feels thick when you apply it but as you gently work it into your skin it is nice and light (can be layered for heavier nighttime events). I just found out the ingredient list and I am even happier because it contains Dermaxyl and NO parabens. My skin looks great and I get compliments on my make up. I was using Jane Iredale Mineral Make up before this and I am a big fan of mineral make up normally but this foundation has really impressed me. I have also read alot of great reviews at other sites about Laura Mercier skin products.
