Review: Burns very dry skin

My 6 year old son has extremely red, dry skin on his hands that just looks awful. I was hoping the Curel Ultra Healing moisture lotion would help my son's skin. Unfortunately, he tried it last night and he complained it burned! He actually had to go to the bathroom, wash it off and put cold wet washcloths on his hands. SO, really, if you have normal skin, it's fine. But really beware if you have extremely dry, cracked alligator skin.
