I've been using this product twice a week on my forehead and all the little zits that I've had there for years are gone. I had tried everything else from drugstore items to proactiv and this has been the only thing that's worked! The way I use it is before cleansing (I cleanse with DDF's blemish foaming cleanser) and then follow up with a good moisturizer (DDF's Ultra lite moisturizing dew is a great oil free one!)
