I saw improvements within the first week as well. i usually break out on my chin or along my jaw, and sometimes cheeks. Since i started using the product about three weeks ago my face looks a lot more clearer. I give it five stars because so far it has been the best product with good results i have used, and i have tried so many! Review: Good cleanser

Unlike most Acne cleaners, this is very gentle and doesnt smell like medication! Only takes a small amount and surprisingly, does wonders for taking off makeup! Review: Great

I have horrible skin issues and am stressed to oblivion at school which always makes my skin way worse than what it normally is. I've used this product about two weeks so far and I have to say, my skins not perfect but its getting there!! Its the closest to perfect it has been since I was about 14 (I'm 22.) I have a lot of cystic acne problems and had read somewhere this was good for hormonal and cystic breakouts. (I'm not saying that is true since I am not a scientist but my face has improved so I wouldn't be surprised if the claim is legit.) Within a week my face improved a lot and for me thats just an incredible thing. So I am very happy with this product.
Just a side note I used a trio of products not this alone! I think that is important to say. I used this, dermaDoc Cool and Corrected, and the Ain't Misbhavin forumlas too.

I saw improvements as early as the first week. I used to break out on my right cheek a lot and now there is not one pimple on there. The only caveat is it is not the best smelling facial cleanser.
