I have thick Asian hair, but it is not very dense at all (so it fro or has some volume). The reason I bought this was that I was losing too much hair in the shower and my hair was thinning. After doing internet research, they say if you put vitamins your hair, it will growth thicker and won't fall out as much. Well this product doesn't help stop that after a month use, it does keep thing from being frizzes. Actually this product is so greasy that I only put it on at home or at night. It actually makes my hair look thinner so that was a no-no.

I found a better product that made my hair stronger and less fall-out in the shower. It also drys faster and you don't get that greasy look:Garnier Fructis Haircare Weightless Leave-In Anti-Frizz Serum, Sleek & Shine 5.1 fl oz (150 ml)

it does help with some hair regrowth, maybe I was stressed at the time. Things are getting fuller. I still only use this at night, since it looks kind of greasy and use Garnier in the morning.
