Well I got this over a month ago and in regards to the product itself I can't say if it works or not since I've only used it for a month. I did notice my hair 'stronger' and yes, it falls less. I use this in conjunction with "Folicure Extra Shampoo" and I do get stronger hair. As for hair regrowth, I would have to use a bit more to get to a decision. One thing to point out though is the container isn't high quality. It comes with a red cap and two types of dispersers (dropper and spray). You are suppose to shake the product "well before each use". So I tried shaking it with spray disperser and soon noticed that the product would drip from the cap portion of the disperser. And also, the paint of the spray disperser cap which is black would also dissolve, so I would get black liquid all over my fingers. So what I did (and do) to avoid that, is I put the red cap (which is the original cap it comes with, it is just used as a bottle sealer) and shake it well, then change the cap to the spray disperser cap. I didn't use the dropper disperser. The only difference between that one and the other otc's is this dropper's made of glass instead of plastic. But overall I do think it works better than just normal minoxidil. I seem to use more than indicated because I feel that it doesn't get enough on my scalp so for me it's probably 1.5 of these per month which is a bit pricey, but hey hair regrowth is something that seems unattainable and so a chance is worth every penny. I do recommend this product more than normal minoxidil (i.e. Rogaine)
Something I forgot to mention is I am a 27yo male and have a small to medium level of baldness (frontal and on the crown). Have been going bald for about 2 years but can be barely noticed because I immediately started using minoxidil.
