Dudley's Sensitive Scalp Stabilizing Reconstructor (Step 3) closes cuticle and restores hair to normal pH. Dudley's Sensitive Scalp Stabilizing Reconstructor neutralizes relaxed hair and immediately fortifies and conditions the hair from the inside out, restoring the hair's protein and moisture balance. While the cuticle is open, the proteins can easily penetrate the hair shaft without the need for heat. Dudley's Sensitive Scalp Stabilizing Reconstructor can also be used between relaxers to reconstruct damaged hair. Directions: Rinse hair thoroughly with tepid water. Apply a generous amount of Dudley's Sensitive Scalp Stabilizing Reconstructor to damp hair. Keep hair smooth. Allow it to remain on hair for 10 minutes. Heat is not required.
