I purchased this brush last year. I only used it once, and never plan on using it again. Perhaps I received a defective brush, but the balls on the ball-tip kept getting caught on my daughter's hair, instead of smoothly moving through her locks. SO, after one use, I put this brush away and chalked it up as a loss. I own other Denman brushes and can't say enough accolades for them, but this one, I could do without.
