I purchased this only a month ago and it's done wonders for my breakouts and the brightness of my skin around my eyes. I've found if you have a blemish, place the DermaWand on it for a few seconds, about a day later it's dried up and gone. NO INFECTION! My skin has never looked better. Unfortunately my pores aren't as small as I'd like. *Note* You should be sure to use the facial lotion that comes in the box. Using regular moisturizer doesn't get you the same results.
By the way - this is a great price. My sister bought hers for over $135 on eBay.
