I bough this for my mom and she is very happy with it. Of course it does not cure Psoriasis, because this condition comes from the inside out, but it really relives the symptoms of itchiness, sore, and everything else. The best part of this product is that most Psoriasis medications are for the skin and this one is specific for the scalp and the symptoms in this area. Review: Very good
