Review: Natural curly looking for good curly hair products

I like the Deva Care line but I have to say I was not "wowed" by it. I have tried it and do like the DevaCare One Condition conditioner and the DevaCare AnGel. The "no poo" and the "set it free" left my hair feeling like straw and waxy at the same time. The 1st two that I listed I would definitely recommend. Review: No tangles!!!

I used this on my four-year old daughter. I used to avoid giving her a bath because I knew tears would follow as I combed the tangles out of her hair. Not with this product! I just used my fingers to get a couple knots out and rinsed. I used all the styling products on her hair and love those as well. I also used all the products in this travel kit in my wavy hair (it very easily goes to straight styles) and it actually air-dried wavy! I've always had to use a diffuser to bring out my curls. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THESE PRODUCTS! Review: These are a great sampler for first time users Deva Curl products.

DevaCurl Travel Kit
I have tried every hair product available for curly hair with out much success.
It has been two months since I began using Deva Curl products at the recommendation of my new hair stylist.
My fine, curly, hair is shiny, healthy and bouncy. I never knew my curls were so attractive.!!!

After reading all the rave reviews for Deva Curl products I thought I had finally found the answer to my white girl frizzy, curly, wavy hair problem....WRONG !!! I bought the trial pack and I'm sooo glad I did. Since so many people think these products are wonderful I don't know if I got a bad batch or what. In the bottle each product smelled awesome and I couldn't wait to try it. BUT, after nopooing, conditioning, angelcurling, and moisture locking, my hair smelled like an old man's aftershave and was extremely dry and fly away. I wish I could send them back for a refund.
