Product reviews of Dickinson's Astringent Cleanser Pads with Aloe - 50 ea Review: I couldn't live without them. Beauty product: 5 Stars
For clean, clear skin in a few seconds when you're too tired to go into the bathroom and wash your face with soap and water and a washcloth and a towel all that jazz (nice when you have roommates and don't want to have to put on something "decent" to go down the hall to do this, too). Saved me a million! times from going to bed without makeup on or a as a quick fix to help me get out the door quickly. Natural, gentle. They get my combination skin (sensitive too) clean fast and have never, ever, ever, ever irritated my skin or caused a problem. When I'm richer someday, I'll buy stock. I even used these while taking a variety of medications that make skin more sensitive. Also, they moisturize but are totally non-oily and non-comedogenic.This is not a fixed review. I'm just a girl who loves this product. FYI.
Description of Dickinson's Astringent Cleanser Pads with Aloe - 50 ea- Cleans and Refreshes
- Mild and Soothing
- Feels Good
Some people think that a burning sensation on their skin means that their astringent cleaner is doing its job. In fact, that sensation might be a sign that the astringent cleanser is mostly composed of alcohol and other chemicals. An astringent cleanser does not have to burn to work. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Formula with Aloe Astringent Cleanser is a soothing, non-irritating formula used to cleanse and refresh your skin. Your face is left feeling clean and soft, not tight and dry. And it costs a fraction of what you pay for other astringent cleansers. So consider carefully before you buy another astringent cleanser. there's more than one way to get burned by an astringent cleanser.Dickinson's Witch Hazel Formula with Aloe Pads contains the natural extract called hamaelitannin. Since 1866, the E.E. Dickinson Company has been producing this extract through a distillation process for use as an astringent cleanser for the skin.
