I also use the medium to dark colour. I live in Spain and have suffered some sun damage - growing up in Australia will do it every time, and also use a Retinol Vit. A cream but not across the nose and cheek area which is prone to burn.
This Dove moisturiser is gorgeous! I can have a lightly tanned face to go with my more permanent Spanish tan and wear beautiful floppy hats in the summer - don't forget the neck and chest too.
I'd give this product a row of gold stars.
