What I like about this burner is that, if I want to, I can paint it a different color (it is more green than it appears in the Amazon photo), and I can plug the holes in the head so the smoke only comes out of its nostrils. This is so much better than those wooden burners. However, the incense stick must be shortened so it fits inside this. Also, it has a holder for cones. Review: Excellent

I'm really pleased with this item. When the smoke is coming out correctly, it looks really neat. The only problems are with where the incense goes into the holder. If it is not in correctly, or the stick is too long, it will hit the top of the head when it is put on. So I have to cut part of the stick, and adjust it until it is just right.
I would have rather seen hols in the side of the head where the teeth are so it looks like the smoke is coming out of the nose, and then the mouth, but how it is I am fine with.
Good item if you don't mind a few minor discrepancies!

This is one of the coolest burners I've ever had. Substantial, won't fall over, safe because of the "lid" - color wasn't green as others have mentioned. If you think yours is faulty, I suggest you try some quality incense - you may have to pinch off the wooden end to make it fit - no big deal. I love seeing smoke come out of all the portals. The actual dragon head is really cool and look amazing with the incense in it; one warning be careful how you put in the sticks because the holder is too big for the incense they provide and most other sticks.
Also, I don't really use the incense they provide, which is OK but not as good as Dragons Blood or another brand.

I just got it today, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of it. It's much heavier and more durable than I had expected. The smoke coming out of the nostrils gives it a neat touch. It is more green in color than it appears in the picture above, but the other features make it worth the buy anyway. I give it five stars!
