Bought this for my 13 year old son for Christmas. It is very cool. Well made and the smoke comes out of the nostrils. My son really likes it. Also the incense does not go out as I noticed the reviews on other incense burners stated. Review: Looks Nice, But That's About It

Just received mine. Incense doesn't stay lit when the top is in place. So, I guess it will become a nice paperweight. Review: Nice concept, not so great effects

I have been wanting to get a dragon incense burner for some time and have looked at several options. This one looked pretty cool and sounded reasonable--though hit or miss, from the reviews. I guess I'm one of the unlucky ones with the dragon I received, though. I used the incense that came with it, and the only way it will burn is if I leave the top portion of the head crooked and off the base. And then it only burns for 5 minutes before snuffing out. If I use it as it's meant to be used, the incense doesn't get enough air and snuffs out almost immediately. Also, I really was hoping for smoke to exit the nostrils, but it just mainly comes out the various other holes along the top of the head, which is a bit of a let down. I wanted a dragon that breathes smoke, and I have a crooked dragon that produces little smoke and from all over the head and not the nostrils.
Other than that, it's pretty, for a dragon. The eyes on mine are covered like a reptile's inner eyelid. It would have been cooler for the eyes to be more prominent.
Shipping was super fast and it has a nice weight.
It was a great idea, but not enough air flow to make the concept really work. It was a bit of a let down.

Unfortunately this product was flawed. If there'd been more time before Christmas, the company would have replaced the item. As it was they provided me a refund. I'd not hesitate to do business with this company again.
