Review: Loved the Scent, But They Didn't Dissolve/Fizz

I don't know if this is normal or if the product I received had been on the shelf too long. The scent was wonderful, but the tablets did not fizz, and had I not crumbled it up, I'm not sure it would have even dissolved in the time it takes to take a leisurely bath. I returned them.
