This kit made the sore postpartum days a lot more enjoyable. The balm totally erased any soreness from tearing and literally made me feel like nothing had happened - it really soothed the pain (after each application). The spray was nice, cooling and refreshing, but not really a pain killer. I could have done without the bath herbs because my midwife gave me some sea salts to soak in, but they can't hurt ;) Review: Your bum will thank you!
