This was a gift for a friends daughter. The first one I ordered from another seller never came and the birthday passed. I was scared to try again but had no choice, as this particular Styler is exactly what she wanted. I almost passed it up due to price but I applied for the amazon card saved 30 dollars and received my package as promised and within only a couple of days. The product was exactly as explained and there was no damage. We are all happy with this purchase.
