Review: Enjoy Shampoo & Conditioner Very disappointed!!

I was very disappointed when I received my product!It was packaged poorly in just a large bubbly brown envelope. When I received it, the caps on both the shampoo and conditioner were off & broken, and more than half of the product (conditioner ) had spilled out in the packaging damaging the invoice and any other information which was enclosed. When I used what little of the product was left in the bottles, my hair felt stripped and VERY damaged! This was not the experience I had with the same product that I had purchased from the salon. I wonder if the bottles were filled with something other than the product that was supposed to be in them. VERY unhappy!!! Review: Had NO problems

It took awhile to get the product, which is why I rated the product at three stars. I did not have any issues with the condition of the bottles. Also everyone should understand that AMAZON is responsible for the packaging not the seller. Review: I Enjoy ENjoy

I'm not sure what the other reviewers received, but maybe there's a difference in fulfillment or something. I received my product via Prime with no problem. It was properly packaged in plastic and bubble wrap and a regular Amazon box. I like this product a lot. My hair is much healthier now that I've been using it for a while. I also recommend the Instant Reconstructor (in the white bottle) to use every other day instead of the conditioner and the hair mask occasionally. That seems to keep my hair from getting weighed down from moisture. My hair is rather thick and holds on to product a little too well sometimes. All in all, I feel I got exactly what I was expecting, delivered on time and in great condition.
