I had my nails done professionally and have always preferred them buffed to polished. The manicurist used the Lil Whistler 3-way Buffer and my nails actually looked polished. The shine is good for about three days, but having bought a Lil Whistler for myself, it's a breeze to keep the freshly shined look alive.
