"BUYERS BEWARE!! I have HUGE problems with this steamer!!! It drips, its unstable...my biggest problem, they never returned any of my phone calls about the issues I was having! I even spoke to the customer service lady, she was doing dishes while she spoke with me, she was very short, extremely rude, and never returned my call like she said she would! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! Not worth the trouble!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!"
