A small amount goes a long way with this effective sunscreen. It is accurate in reporting the dangers of UV-A as well as the more familiar UV-B in contributing to skin damage and possible skin cancer formation. The top must be removed in order to squeeze the contents (no nozzle or flip cap top), but it comes out easily and is comfortably dispersed onto skin areas without too much rubbing in. Doesn't leave any sticky residue or unpleasant skin discoloration either which is a plus. Convenient size and make, OK for the price. Review: Effective, but messy!!!

At SPF 58, Fallene Cotz Sunscreen is a very effective sunblock, good enough for sensitive skin. However, it's very messy to apply. (I had to keep smoothing it out, over and over.) Also, the color doesn't match me or my wife or anyone that I know. Now, since it is effective, I would be more interested if Fallene Cotz came out with a sunspray. I think a lot of problems inherit in the cream would clear up with a spray. Review: Excellent Sunscreen

Having extremely sensitive skin and rosacea, I have had trouble finding a sunscreen that I can use on my face without a reaction of either burning, redness or hives. After trying numerous products without any success, my dermatologist finally recommended Cotz. I am extremely happy with the results and use it every day now. Works great! I highly recommend it. I burn and tan very easily. I tried this for a month to see if it helped. And it did. I actually got whiter after one month! I compared my photos from a month ago, and I can see a difference, specially in my arms which seems to burn the fastest. It isn't sticky on your hands after you apply it, perfect for the beach. I have been using the Fallene Cotz SPF 58 sunscreen for a few weeks now. I wear sunscreen every day no matter what my plans are. This sunscreen has the qualities that are important to me. It is completely fragrance free. It is matte and therefore does not leave my face shiny. It's gentle and does not sting. It blends with my skin, leaving no trace.
My only criticism is that my makeup does not glide on as smoothly as it does when I use Aveeno Positively Ageless moisturizer (with SPF 30). For anyone who does not wear makeup, this would be a perfect sunscreen. If you do wear makeup, it's certainly worth a try. Perhaps it would help to apply a light moisturizer before putting on the sunscreen.
It is reasonably priced for a sunscreen that you will apply to your face and neck, but would be too expensive to use as a whole body sunscreen. For that I use a Coppertone oil-free sunscreen which is significantly less expensive.
I would recommend this product.
