Review: A little tempermental - does not work with converters

I thought the product was broken when I received it because it would not turn on - after about 10 minutes and constantly resetting the switch, it finally worked. I brought it with me on a business trip to Paris, and was dismayed to read the fine print that it does not work with a converter, so I could not use it. Other than that, it works well. Review: A must have for all women!

I was skeptical about purchasing this product at first, mainly because I had bought so many hair straighteners in the past that were so sub-par. This one was totally worth the money! I love using this product - my hair has never been smoother or shinier! I have mixed hair types and it works well with wet or dry hair. I recommend this product 100%. I purchased the CHI because my daughter has one and loves hers. I have a problem with my hair chaning according to the amount of humidity in the air. When I use the CHI it stays straight, even in the rain. My hair seems healthy and shinny after I use it. Review: A+
