This straightener is the best one I have ever owned. My hair is very thick and hard to straighten. It used to take me a little over 45 minutes to straighten my hair. With thc Chi I spend 20 minutes tops!! All of my friends own this product and if you're looking for a great buy, this is definitely worth the money! Review: AMAZING!!

I have thick, naturally curly/wavy/frizzy hair and I hate it so I have been blow drying my hair straight and using a flat iron on it for years now. I am cheap and have always bought the cheapo flat iron at Wal-Mart or something but have always heard wonderful things about the Chi. I finally got one and I will NEVER go back. The iron heats up fully in just a minute and my hair gets so straight so fast and easily that I don't even use my curling iron anymore. I can use this flat iron to flip the ends out a bit and it's perfect! I wear my hair down more because it is just so fast and easy to fix now whereas before I would usually have it half pulled up or in a ponytail (especially since it's summer). Many people have noticed the difference in my hair without even knowing I got the new Chi iron. I think if my house were on fire, the Chi would be on the list of things to save! LOL! Seriously....SO WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! Review: AWESOME

i've used many different kinds of straightener, the cheap 17.99 ones.. they damage my hair and gives too much of a flat look. that just sticks to my head. but this straightener is perfect. i was first introduced to it years ago, i was hesistant to buy one because it was so pricey. but then i've used it again and it was amazing. so i bought one, and now its cheaper. yay!
