I have only used this a couple of times. However, I have to say that this is the best flatiron that i have ever used. I tried it when I first got it. My hair was still curly since I did not dry it that day. I went over the hair twice and it completely straightened it. As soon as I tried it for real I just dried my hair quickly to get it dry without bothering to really straighten it first. I then used the flatiron and it worked like a dream. My hair was completely straight and silky smooth and it brought my flatiron time down from an hour to 15 minutes! I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Review: Best I've ever used!

I have naturally curly hair that I hate. I've even had it chemically straightened... twice. That never worked. Most flat irons I've tried have worked for only a few minutes, then went right back to wavy. I live in Florida and there's a lot of humidity here so I wanted something that would work fast AND be good enough to hold.
This did the trick. Plus it's easy to use.

I, like all these other people, have been using the $25 flat irons and felt like my hair was starting to get dry and burned. So, I finally decided to try the Chi that everyone was talking about. Wow! What a difference! It literally glides through my hair, making it straight, shiny and healthy feeling. I've gotten so many compliments.
