Review: great product BUT a bit overpriced

i didn't do as much research as i should have prior to buying this product and ended up finding it online and in a beauty supply store for less then i had paid for it. that being said, i am extremely pleased with the high quality of the styling products and love how well they work on my hair. the carrying case is SO cute and great for traveling. i really recommend this package, but try browsing around a bit before you buy b/c you maybe able to find better deals. Review: very disappointed

I thought buying a item with a well known name as this would be great. I would have hoped the price would even out my possible satisfaction for this product. Also I loved the pink. When I opened the box the plates on the flat iron were hanging off. I tried to snap them into place but they would not stay. For the amount of money I payed i expected a much better product. Needless to say i returned it the next day.
