Review: a lil disappointed and it smells

I love China Glaze polishes so when my revlon topcoat ran low, I thought, perfect opportunity to give their topcoat a try. I'm all for fast drying since i'm horrid at messing up my polish during the drying process. I was a lil shock upon opening it because of the smell. Not sure how to describe it. It's harsher than the nail polish smell, the fume is stronger. It's not so thick and applies nicely to nail but it doesn't dry that "fast" (not like my revlon) And even when I think it's dry, it's not. I guess their "fast" is like 10 minutes of dry time and then another 10 minutes to make sure it' is dry.
