I have vey dry hair and have been looking for something to manage it for quite a while. When I read about this product I felt Finally!!!
To my dissapointment, in my case there wasn't much change. It didn't soften or control my hair. My hairdresser finally gave me something she had been using and it worked GREAT.
Although it was very expensive, I thought if it worked it would be worth.

I know there are naysayers who say all shampoos/conditioners are alike, but I'm sorry--Suave just doesn't make my hair feel soft and silky the way Fekkai's products do.
I think you really get your value if, like me, you don't wash your hair everyday. It's worth paying the money to get a product that you know is working. My hair really does feel softer with these products.

My hair looks fuller, softer, and shinier when I use this shampoo. It also has waaaay more body. I used this shampoo, along with the Technician Conditioner, a few years ago after receiving it as a gift; I always got lots of complimets on my hair then. Because of the price, I bought something less expensive, but not cheap, when I finished the bottle. Instantly my hair looked less full and wasn't quite as manageable and I had my first bad hair day in a long while. After finishing that other brand (it starts and ends with an "A" and is famous for its natural ingredients) I broke down and bought bottles of the Fekkai Technician Shampoo and Technician Conditioner. Glorious! Good hair days were back again! Other people are noticing as well and I'm getting those standard questions, "did you get a haircut?" or "did you color your hair?" "Nope" and "not recently," I just switched back to the world's best shampoo and conditioner.
