The biggest challenge I face dieting is portion and appetite control. After about 3 days of wearing patches I noticed that I am not as ravenous at meal times and get full quicker with much less food. The other thing that amazed me is that I may still grab a bag of chips - but can only east 5-10 chips when before I was eating the whole bag in one sitting. I crave vegetables, salads and lighter fare -- which is NOT my typical meal. So far I have been using these for 2 weeks and see and feel a huge improvement in my body. I LOVE THESE!!
