I don't really know about this product actually plumping, but it gives a nice sensation and keeps lips hydrated...then again Im rather forgetful and don't apply every night. But I would probably agree with the other reviewers, if there is plumping is not really noticeable, and if you want fake looking lips your going to have to actually get surgery for those...sorry. I'm just happy I bought it on Amazon for 36 dollars instead of on sephora for 50! Love you Amazon Review: good nighttime treatment

I use this regularly. No, it is not the equivalent of a real injection, but it does condition lips during the night. I don't feel comfortable without it at night, otherwise my lips feel dry. If there is a stronger product, I will buy it. For daytime I really like DuWop Venom lip gloss. Review: great product but too expensive.

This is an improvement from the original lipfusion ( in fact I'd say if you want better results don't even bother wasting your money on the original).
The results aren't dramatic ( if you want dramatic get the injections because you aren't going to get those kind of results without a surgeon)
The only downside for me is the price ( I recieved it as a gift and probably never would have bought it on my own due to its $50 price tag). However my previous lip fusion lasted almost a year so maybe $50 isn't too bad.
