I had always had long glorious hair, but a few years ago I cut my hair off to a bob just to try something different. Loved it, but BIG MISTAKE. My hair hasn't grown since. Maybe it's because I am over the hill (25 yrs old) haha But I think the closer a woman gets to her 30's the worse of an impact age has on cell regeneration. I swear my hair was growing about a 1/2 inch every 2 months. I wanted my long hair back. After reading reviews on several products I decided to try GROW I used grow in conjunction with MAXI vitamins and a weekly treatment of wildgrow oil (both also found on Amazon) I bleached my hair the same day I started using this routine just to be able to see the full results. In just a few weeks (maybe 3-4) I notice about 3/4 inch of new growth. I am not sure which product I owe these results to, but I am not going to discontinue any of them. Now it's been about 2 1/2 months and I am seeing probably an additional 3 inches. Not a miracle by any means, but a great jump start to the lagging hair growth of my late 20's
UPDATE: Even though I am not sure which product made my hair grow, I think I am going to try the f.a.s.t shampoo instead of this one. This bottle was very small and a little bit more expensive that FAST but had fairly similar reviews. I also didn't like that GROW doesn't lather very well...AT ALL. Kinda sucks in that department. The conditioner also seems really thin and cheap (almost the same consistency of something cheap like suave) I like a think balmy conditioner.

First month my hair grew 1in total with just shampoo and conditoner. I am half way threw 2nd month I am talking the vitamins, and amoina acids still using shampoo and conditioner my hair is already grew 1 1/2in total.
