I purchased this Gal Pal Retro Teddy Bear twice now, and a Gal Pal Sports ice bag . The first Teddy Bear ice bag was perfect. My little boy was more than happy to use it because they are kind of fun, soft, cute, and does the job. I lent it to a neighbor when her son got injured when all of the kids were playing together. She loved it so much, raved about it, and I never got it back. It really is a great product. I ordered a second one which, to my horror, had been thoroughly used, dirty on the outside, yellowed on the inside and was poorly patched on the inside. The vendor did not send a new one, but I did receive a refund. Because my first experience had been very positive, I ordered a third (the sports bag). This bag leaks a bit. I use it anyway because the leak is minor, the bag works well, and my son really likes it. So, it's a good ice bag, but you should inspect it upon receipt.
