Okay, first and foremost: The English instruction are on the bottle of wax. The instructions on the paper attached to the top of the wax are the extra languages.
This is the first wax I've ever used, and have to say it worked ok. It was a bit difficult to do my legs on my own, so I cut the long strip in half, and had my husband help me with the back of my calves.
As to heating time, I heated the full container of wax on high for 30 seconds, then broke the top of the wax as instructed on the bottle. The instructions then say to continue heating in 15 second intervals until the wax is the right consistency. It only took my microwave a total of 45 seconds and the wax held the head very well.
I had problems getting a clean waxing... stubble was left behind, but I attribute that to my own inexperience.
