This hand cream is the best there is. It's heavy-duty yet not at all greasy. Stays on feeling silky for hours-- even through a handwashing--believe it or not. I can't tolerate perfumes, but the barely-there scent in Glysomed is pleasing and even better than the odor of many "unscented" products. Excellent for feet too.
