This is a very good product.
I assume it is killing as advertised. I work in health care and have to sanitize many times (probably hundreds of times) per shift. While the smell is not my favorite, my hands were much less chapped after a week of work with this product. It is sticky for awhile after application, even after much rubbing into the skin.
