Review: After 1 Year of Use the Results Are Great!!!!

I started using the Laser Comb in March of 2008, and have used it for a full year now with very good results! When you first start using the Laser Comb you will notice hair shedding for about a month and a half, (will appear that your hair loss has gotten worse) but....stick with it no matter how much you want to stop using it, because it will make your hair grow back much thicker! I really started noticing the difference about 3-4 months into my treatments, then it seemed to shed a little once again,(not nearly as bad though as the initial shedding phase) but grew back once again! About 6 months into it I noticed a pretty big difference, my hair count had doubled in thickness, and filled in the front and back nicely. So after a year of use my hair growth continues to get better....in fact my boss noticed how much the back of my scalp had filled in, and was completely shocked at the results! (she was skeptical about it when I first purchased it) She now believes in the comb after seeing the results first hand. When you use this comb it is very important that you use it after washing your hair, and use on a clean scalp.(before using hair products) This helps the laser penetrate into the scalp.You need to also use it 3 times a week, every other day for maximum results. So I highly recommend that you purchase this before you lose anymore hair, once you completely lose it you can't regrow it back. :( I Hope this review has helped you, and good luck with your hair regrowth! Next week will be 3 months since I started using HairMax. I waited because I wanted to be sure if it was working or not. First of all let me say that I am a woman with thinning hair in the front, at the hairline and to about halfway back (around my ears but on top, not on the sides). My mother has VERY thin hair to where you can see her scalp all the time all over her head, and I appear to be going that same direction so I was willing to do about anything to stop the hair loss, not to mention regrow some hair. When I bought this product it had not been tested on women so there wasn't much information for me to go on, plus it was pretty pricey but like I said, I'd have tried just about anything. I'm not a particularly disciplined person and I'd say I've used it between 3-5 times a week. I'm not going over my whole head...just the areas of concern and that only takes a few minutes per treatment.
So now, nearly three months later, I can see that it is working. I even showed my husband yesterday. Both of us can definitely see a lot of short (maybe 1 cm or so) length hairs sticking up out of my scalp in the area of treatment. Obviously this is really encouraging! I am going to continue to use it and hope for even more but I'm cautiously optimistic. It did take quite a while to work so you have to be patient.
Some of the negative reviewers haven't used the product as directed because they say they are sending it back before trying it for the recommended length of time. A couple of weeks isn't going to do much of anything so if that's what you want don't waste your money. I'm sure like everything else in this world, it won't work for everyone but it is working for me and I'm very happy about it. A side note to those of you who say balding is a fact of life and to get over it....that may be fine for men who can easily look within normal range walking around in public with an obviously bald or balding head, but it is extremely insensitive to say that to a woman! It is a very distressing problem and the emotional impact on women AND men should not be minimized, so deal with your own issues and don't make matters worse for others.

Okey here we go again, amazon must of deleted my other review(probably because they werent selling any, I dont know how it works, honestly)
I'll make it short and sweet, Im a 25 year old male, going bald, because of genetics. You guys know what Im talking about, receiding hairline, widows peak from H*ll. I hate it, it sucks. Its no reason to go sepend 500+ bucks for this piece if junk. Ive used it almost a year, still am(stupid me)....NOTHING!..its only getting worse. Im using just as directed too. Im thinking of looing into transplant surgury if anything, that seems like the only sure way, too bad it cost so much. Just take my word for it guys. Review: Didn't work on me

I bought this the summer of 2007 when i was interning and had spare cash. Figured it'd be worth the investment yeah total waste of money. I used it regularly (3 times a week) for over 5 months straight and noticed not even the slightest bit of difference. I continued using it once a week after that but am yet to see any results. I still have it lying somewhere. The only reason i gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because it didn't burn my scalp or cause my hair to fall out or smth :) Review: Do not waste even a penny on the Hairmax!!!

This product has only "one laser diode" split in 9 beams through a plastic mirror, in other words, the efficacy of this device is diminished by having this kind of disposition.
The Hairmax is using diffuse light principle to regrow hair and by doing this you are working with unfocused energy, this energy is weaker. In this case you can solve this problem when you choose a device with "multiple diodes instead of one diode" reflecting many laser beams.
Just in case, I used the Hairmax Premium for 16 months...
