I was really excited I could get this in the larger tester! It's a really romantic soft fragrance (but not too girly), I tend to like vanillas/musks, so this is a lighter one to add to the collection. Review: Very bad service

I bought this perfume and I couldn't wait to receive it. I waited and waited and noticed that on my account it said that the item was delivered. I wrote an e-mail to both Amazon and the person I purchased it from and I decided to wait until the due date on the account said it would arrive. It never came. I contacted both Amazon and the person I bought it from and both said they were not responsible for the item and that once the item shows that it has been delivered there was nothing they could do. I got no refund on the item. I was charged the full amount for an item and I never received. I am very upset and very frustrated. In this economy you would think that people would understand and could offer some assistance. At least give some form of credit or offer something else but no I got rude e-mails from the person I bought it from saying that once it shows the item has been delivered that is it. There is nothing they could do.
I will never purchase an item off of this person ever again.
