this is a great iron for curls & spiral curling. I have very fine hair. There has been NO damage to my hair in 6 months and I use x2/week. I also use heat protect-chi serum. You can adjust the temperature for type of hair. I use 350-ish very quick no need to hold hair in iron longer than 2-3 seconds. results are smooth and shine to hair.
This is NOT the same iron you find in Sally's... although they have one that appears to be the same.
