Review: Poor product already not working properly after a week

By far, the worst flat iron I've tried. It takes me 3 times as long to iron my hair. And the plates often tear hairs out. I've only had it a week, but I can touch the plates while it's on and not get burned. So, I'm pretty sure the highest temperature setting is already not working. I decided to try it out because the price was reasonable. However, I'd much rather spend more money on the CHI brand and have a product that consistently lasts many years and doesn't tear my hair in the gaps between the plates.
