I've been wandering around the cosmetic departments of drug stores and department stores for at least a year looking for a "skinny" curling iron (1/2 inch rod) to replace my well-used one. I should have KNOWN to look on-line. This iron was priced right, S&H wasn't outrageous, it was delivered to me in record time and is JUST what I wanted. Review: curling iron

I am a professional stylist and this is the best curling iron for sets or tight curls. Curls hair in seconds that are firm and will last and not droop. It gets very hot so be sure to keep the heat dial about mid way at first. After a lot of use you will need to adjust the heat and turn it up a few notches. Review: works great!

This curling iron is great. For the price, it is amazing. May daughter curls her short, srtaight hair and the the curls stay all day. I would highly recommend this.
