I am a hairstylist. I have been using this particular flat iron for the past year, 9 months of that in a high volume salon. The other stylist who work with me borrow it instead of using their own from time to time. I also own a Chi flat iron that I paid almost 3 times as much for as opposed to the Helix and I think I wasted my money on the Chi.
