I have used products from this brand before. Normally the quality is great and they last a long time. I purchased this iron when my last one stopped working. I thought it was a super cute version of the one I had. WRONG! It feels like you are using a toy! I have VERY tame hair. Just a slight waive, so I dont need something industrial strength. I had to go over the same piece of hair two or three times with this iron. I ended up buying a second one from the beauty supply store. You get what you pay for I guess. Review: Very Cute and a Bargain

This flat iron is super cute and works good. It does get hot around the edges and at the tip, I've burned myself a couple times though. Other then it getting hot it's great, no other complaints here.
