So this seller advertised normal lancome mascara and sent me waterproof mascara instead. When I complained, they eventually reimbursed my money and told me to just keep the product because they said they stood by the product. I was satisfied, until I actually tried the product. I have been a long-time user of Lancome mascara and while I can't definitely say this is a knock-off, the consistency of the formula was much less thick and drier than I've ever encountered when opening a new tube. The supplier is from china where such scams are common and the low price offered by the seller further supports my feeling that this product is a fake. Anyway, judge for yourself if you feel inclined, I just wanted to warn people of this possibility and I hope Amazon will investigate conclusively.
