Review: You put the power button where?!?!?!

I have fine, stubbornly straight hair so I love how hot this curling brush gets and the bristles are pretty good, too. The biggest problem is the power button. Some Einstein put this button in the middle of the handle, right where you hold onto it. The button is one you just press, nothing that slides - every time your finger taps or hits it, you accidentally turn the power off. If you move or rotate your hand on the handle, you turn it off... over and over and over again. It's a good thing it gets really hot, because half the time it's cooling down because the heat is off. You will end up literally screaming in frustration over this one little thing. If your life has enough petty annoyances without adding more, avoid this styling brush like the plague. It's a shame, because otherwise it works really well. Prime example of someone designing a product they've never actually used. Can't imagine how it passed product testing... This is an excellent "HOT" curling brush or you can even straighten your hair with it. I have moderately curly hair and I have always wanted to smooth it out a little yet leaving some lofty curls at the end of my hair and this is the first product that has been able to do that for me. I have tried straighteners and they feel and smell like they are scorching my hair. Conair has developed a great product, try it, you will like it. Review: could be better

I could not even finish curling the top of my hair with this iron. If it just touches your scalp it burns you even on low heat setting. I am returning it. It is a shame because everything else about the iron is perfect. Review: tourmaline curling iron

This product, Infiniti by Conair, BC2, curling iron brush, was way too hot, even on the lowest setting. Would be good for professional stylists, but not practical for home use, in my opinion.
