I have read the reviews from other buyers and I took a chance at it. For me, I found that this product is great and i am glad that I brought it. Although I dont use it everyday, It serve its purpose. Many had said to have problems with the lights staying on and turning on. It is written on the bottom under the switch that you have to hold the button for a few seconds and the light will come on and stay on. The only thing that I do agree with is when it comes to the lights being changed "if ever needed" we will need a professional electrician to do it...it cost a bundle just have some one come out and look at it. All In All, I am enjoying my mirror and I'm hoping that I would not need to have and electrician come and change my "lifetime Lights". Review: A Must Have For Flawless Makeup Application!

I absolutely love this mirror! I purchased the Jerdon as a replacement for my halo mirror and I'm so glad I did. I can see so much more of my face now! The lights are bright and the 4 different light settings are fantastic. Now I no longer worry about looking like Bozo the Clown when I step out into various types of lighting.
Another wonderful feature is the adjustable side mirrors. They help ensure the perfect application of blush and bronzer on the cheeks. These folding side mirrors also allow you to see clearly as you contour the sides of the face. I don't know how I ever did my makeup without those side mirrors!
The 5x magnification is great too. Applying eye makeup and plucking eyebrows is a breeze now!
The only thing I don't like is that the mirror's stand makes it a bit too bulky for my traditional vanity. Since my vanity is 13 inches deep, it sits too close to the edge of it. No worries for me though...now I have an excuse to get a bigger vanity!
Overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase and have recommended this mirror to my family and friends.

This mirror was sent as a present for a young lady who turned 15. The input we get from her family is that she uses it constantly. The feature she likes best is the lighting of the mirror as well as the magnification. We believe this is a wonderful and useful present for any age group but mostly so to growing up ladies for whom her looks is of utmost importance. Review: AWESOME

I always struggle when I go to order something and then read the reviews. There were definitely some mixed reviews on this product as well. I went ahead and ordered the mirror and to my great surprise it was everything I had hoped it was. I have absolutely NO issues with this product, the lights turn on when I push the button and the outlet on the mirror itself works wonderful. I plug in my hair dryer everyday and use it with NO issues. Go ahead and order with no second thoughts.
