Machine actually doesn't work too bad for the price, but the little plastic cones that the buffing pads go over break very easily. Then just try to find a replacement. Their web page that's on the label, doesn't even show the buffer, let alone any replacement parts. To be pleased, you should try another company's products

This deluxe electric shoe polisher brushes and cleans the entire shoe. Place your foot on the platform and brushes clean the sides and bottom of the sole. Dirt is trapped in a removable tray and can be easily disposed. Use the polishing buffers on the side for that deep shine you expect. Easy touch on/off control.
